I am Luca Celora, an independent senior advisor operating under the LC432 brand from Canton Grigioni, Switzerland. My career spans over 25 years of international executive roles across Europe, Latin America, and Asia — from Executive Committee positions at global industrial groups to General Manager mandates across multiple geographies and cultures.

My academic foundation is in physics, with a degree and post-doctoral research from the Milan area. I subsequently completed executive education at Stanford GSB and SDA Bocconi, grounding a rigorous scientific mindset in the realities of global business strategy and organisational transformation.

Today, I advise SMEs and corporates at the intersection of emerging technology — specifically XR/VR/AR and artificial intelligence — and business performance. I am not a technologist. I am a strategist who has spent decades navigating the gap between what technology promises and what organisations can realistically absorb and deploy to competitive advantage.

My practice is built on a curated network of best-in-class technology partners in Italy and Switzerland, combined with deep relationships across the innovation ecosystem of the Italy–Switzerland corridor.
